(the "Issuer"), a portion of the net proceeds of which was used to pay income taxes resulting from the vesting of restricted shares of Class A common stock previously granted to the reporting person under the Construction Partners, Inc. 2018 Equity Incentive Plan (the "Incentive Plan"). |
