Hot Mix Asphalt Company Adds Service Market in Alabama

DOTHAN, Ala., July 15, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Construction Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROAD) (the “Company”), a vertically integrated civil infrastructure company specializing in the construction and maintenance of roadways across five southeastern states, today announced that it has acquired a hot mix asphalt manufacturing plant and paving company located near Gadsden, Alabama. The acquired business is expected to benefit from geographic synergies resulting from its proximity to the Company’s current operations in the state and to marginally increase the Company’s revenue and earnings.
